Welcome! I'm so glad you're here. My name is Dr. Dawn Heiman and I'm an audiologist. I can tell you that I have been waiting for the day to come that I could get this course in your hands. In this video, I will be taking you through what you need to know to help people who have a hearing loss.

- Next, click below on the icon for Module 1.
- You will want to complete all of the videos in each module before moving onto the next module.
- There is a short quiz at the end of each module.
- At the end, in Module 5, there will be a quiz to test your knowledge. Upon completion, you will be emailed a Certificate of Completion for your records.
